Return Policy

1. Overview
This Returns Policy regulates the circumstances under which goods purchased from Ironcore Defense Group Pty Ltd (“Rhino Arms”, “we”, “our”, “us”) may be returned. It ensures compliance with South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000 (FCA).
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your purchase has not met your expectations for any reason, exchanges and returns for refund or store credit may be arranged provided the conditions below are met.
2. Faulty Products
• Before returning any faulty item, you must contact us first at support@rhinoarms.co.za so we can provide the necessary return instructions.
• The manufacturer or its official distributor/agent will determine at their sole discretion whether a repair or replacement qualifies under the terms of the warranty.
Within 7 days of receiving your order:
• If a product is found to be faulty within 7 days of delivery, Rhino Arms will cover the cost of both collection and return, subject to the manufacturer confirming the fault falls within warranty terms.
• Should the fault fall outside the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty, all collection and return costs will be for your account.
After 7 days of receiving your order:
• If a product becomes faulty after 7 days but still falls within the warranty period, the cost of returning the product to us will be for your account. Rhino Arms will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item back to you, subject to manufacturer warranty confirmation.
• Should the fault fall outside the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty, all collection and return costs will be for your account.
3. Unwanted & Change-of-Mind Products
• Unwanted accessories and non-restricted items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
• All change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% handling fee.
• Original delivery fees are non-refundable and the cost of returning the goods is for your account.
• Firearms, ammunition, powders, and primers cannot be returned or exchanged on a change-of-mind basis under any circumstances.
4. Conditions for All Returns & Exchanges
• All items must be in their original packaging with original contents and product tags (where applicable) intact.
• All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Proof of purchase must be provided with all return requests.
• Please note that custom or made-to-order items, including custom holsters, cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be indicated at the time of purchase where applicable.
5. Return Procedure
• Customers must request a Return Authorisation via email to support@rhinoarms.co.za.
• Proof of purchase and full details of the fault, misrepresentation, or reason for return must be supplied.
• If approved, instructions for the safe return of the product will be provided.
6. Firearms Returns (FCA Compliance)
• Firearms and ammunition can only be returned if found to be defective and only in strict compliance with the Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000.
• Returned firearms must be transported via a licensed dealer in accordance with FCA requirements.
• Firearms may not be returned or exchanged for buyer’s remorse under any circumstances.
7. Exclusions
• Ammunition, powders, primers, and consumables are non-returnable due to safety and legal restrictions.
• Gift vouchers and store credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable.
8. Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, at Rhino Arms’ discretion, once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
• Handling fees and original shipping costs will be deducted where applicable before any refund is processed.
9. Dispute Resolution
• In the event of a dispute, Rhino Arms may seek the opinion of an independent firearms expert or the manufacturer.
• Any unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration in line with South African law.
10. Changes to Policy
Rhino Arms reserves the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
