The result is a pistol that carries the compact slide footprint of the G19 for manageable handling and reduced overall length, while providing the full G17 grip length for a comfortable two-hand grip, a standard 17-round magazine capacity, and improved control during rapid fire. The 19X features a G17 length grip which makes it taller than the standard G19, providing more grip for the shooter to control the pistol. Glock Night Sights (GNS) | Factory Tritium for Low-Light Use
The Glock 19X GNS is factory-fitted with Glock Night Sights featuring tritium inserts in a white dot front and white outline rear configuration. GNS sights provide self-illuminating aiming points that glow without requiring pre-exposure to light, enabling fast and precise target acquisition in complete darkness and low ambient light. For home defence, duty, and any application where the pistol may be used in low-light conditions, factory GNS represents a significant practical upgrade over standard polymer sights without the cost and labour of an aftermarket sight installation.

The Glock 19X is fitted with the Glock Marksman Barrel (GMB), featuring improved rifling geometry for enhanced accuracy compared to the standard hexagonal Glock barrel. The GMB is a Gen 5 technology feature that contributes to tighter groups in accuracy testing and provides a slight practical accuracy improvement for precision shooting at extended pistol ranges.

Coyote Tan nPVD Finish | First Factory Coloured Slide in Glock History
The Glock 19X was Glock’s first pistol to ship with a factory-coloured slide, finished in Coyote Tan nPVD coating on both frame and slide. The nPVD finish provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability, and the Coyote Tan colour gives the 19X its distinctive appearance that sets it apart from the black standard Glock line. The nPVD coating on the slide is a different and improved formulation compared to the nDLC used on standard Gen 5 models.

No Finger Grooves | Gen 5 Style Grip with Beavertail
The Glock 19X uses the Gen 5 style frame without finger grooves, providing a smoother front strap that accommodates a wider range of hand sizes and grip positions than the finger-grooved Gen 3 and 4 frames. A beavertail at the top of the grip protects the web of the hand from slide bite and fills the hand more completely for improved control. Four interchangeable backstraps are included for grip circumference customisation.

Ambidextrous Slide Stop Levers and Removable Lanyard Loop
The Glock 19X features ambidextrous slide stop levers on both sides of the frame for left-handed and right-handed operation, and a removable lanyard loop at the base of the grip originally specified for military use that can be removed for civilian carry.
